This is probably the worst hotel you will do yourself the torture of staying. Their is absolutely no hygiene when it comes to their rooms and room service, their staff is unprofessional and rude, they never follow instructions and ruin even the simplest of things, their rooms get laced with mosquitoes and they are ill equipped to provide you even a good night if you ask for it. The food is crap, there are no options available the worst is their breakfast arrangement. They refuse to allow you to order anything apart from whatever unwholesome crap they make in the name of free breakfast every morning. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Three star for extreme clean and friendly staff. The most dangerous thing about this hotel is it does not have stair for emergency exit. There are two lifts operates alternative. But there is no stair, in case of fire you are done. Rooms are small but very very clean. Bathroom is also very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast is good with limited option.

reached hotel quite early and they gave an early check-in at 300 rs per hour. room was neat and clean with comfy bedding and effective air con. breakfast is fixed menu and served in room. for lunch and dinner, they order stuff from outside and serve it in your room. but prices are on a higher side. outside food is allowed. easier to find as its on google maps. so dint have any problem in searching. overall a full value of money hotel. will for sure come back and recommend.

At the airport, the taxi had a hard time to find the place and he refused to use Google maps !!! I finally made it and it’s true, the hotel is not on a Main Street so kind of difficult to find. The room was good, clean with a bathroom, AC and free breakfast in the morning. I was in Mumbai only 2 nights so I hired a driver to show me around Mumbai. The front desk arranged it and it was fine. The hotel is very far from downtown Mumbai and touristic attractions. I did find out there was a Hard Rock Cafe 2 minutes walk so I had a nice dinner. For the price and location close to the airport I recommend this hotel

How can any hotel deny couple from overseas? Even after checking passports as ID. Who carries a marriage proof while on vacation???? Horrible just horrible! Plus the way one guy at reception looked at us and the way he spoke rudely for not carrying any proof was even worse!! Always booked in 4-5* hotels this was first time ever to book at a 3* to check out how it is. Lessem learnt well.
